In the Community
Our goal is to create real opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to regularly engage with family and friends, contribute to and be part of the community, get a job and an education, and live a life reflective of their individual choices.
We’re working with partners, businesses and organizations to build a welcoming community so people with DD can pursue their passions and interests. Our focus is empowering people with disabilities to more fully join their neighborhoods and communities as genuine, engaged citizens.
Families are a key part of leading a good life and identifying a person’s unique needs and aspirations. With a network of more than 800 certified providers, we connect people to services and resources to fit their individual lives.
