Your Actions Matter to Stop the Spread of COVID-19. Please continue to keep yourself safe and stay home if you feel sick. The key steps to reducing the spread of COVID-19 have remained the same since the beginning of the pandemic:

  • Practice social distancing and keep a distance of at least six feet from others
  • Wear a mask when around other people
  • Wash hands often
  • Avoid crowded settings

What You Should Know About Wearing a Face Covering

  • Everyone should wear a cloth face cover in public.
  • Cloth face coverings should not be placed on children under 2 yrs., anyone with breathing trouble, or someone who is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
  • The cloth face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are infected.
  • Cloth face coverings provide an extra layer to help prevent respiratory droplets from traveling in the air to other people.
  • Keep about six feet distance between yourself and others. The cloth face cover is no substitute for social distancing.
