The Board of HCDDS, with direction from the Hamilton County Commissioners, has chosen to publicize a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking interest from any provider to become the operator of the adult centers in Hamilton County. Today, May 26, the process started with the release of the RFQ notice by the Hamilton County Purchasing Department.  All contact by interested providers must go through representatives of Hamilton County.

Interested providers can access the RFQ in the following ways:

1.        Email (bid packet will be sent)

2.       Visit (free registration with Hamilton County ONLY)

A pre-qualification conference and tours of the three buildings is scheduled for Wednesday, June 15. Statements from providers must be received by the Issuing Officer by 11 a.m. Friday, July 22. A written decision is expected Friday, Aug. 19.

More details are in the RFQ, which can be obtained by following the methods above. Read Superintendent Alice Pavey's most recent column by clicking here.
