Summer Camps & Recreation

Summer means school is out and it’s time to find activities for kids. This article lists area summer camps and recreation classes or children and young adults.

LADD and REI Outdoor Accessibility
Dates: June 23, July 28, Aug. 25, Sept. 29

Everyone, regardless of ability or skill level should have access to the outdoors. Hiking, weather, and the fear of the unknown can be intimidating and unsettling, especially for those who have social, physical, and mental differences and disabilities. We believe that those differences should not prevent anyone from enjoying the significant health benefits the outdoors has to offer. Guided by the belief that every person has ability and value, LADD empowers adults with developmental disabilities to live, work, and connect. LADD and REI are partnering to offer this programming as an on-ramp to getting outside! We welcome everyone to learn basic skills and to interact with the outdoors at your own level. All abilities encouraged. Click here for more information.

Cincinnati Recreation Commission
